Lilac’s Daughter is a self-taught artist whose musical adventure started when she was just fifteen. She pulled an old guitar from the cupboard under the stairs and started writing songs that are a “wonderful blend of Americana folk and vocals that would grab anyone’s attention.” as James from myrandomjukebox.com describes it on September 10th 2015. He continues: “with every additional song I heard the more I needed the music by Lilac’s Daughter to be part of my music collection.” Independently of any record labels, Lilac’s Daughter has played all sorts of gigs and tours in Scandinavia, Germany, United Kingdom and the United States of America with success. It’s the lonesome days on the road like those that gives life to the beautiful melancholy that shines through in her folky tunes.
