Sturla Eide has been one of Norway´s
most accomplished traditional fiddlers
for many years. A professional since
1998. He teaches and performs
internationally. Eide´s band “Flukt“ has
released two albums (“Spill“ in 2002
and “Drufiacc“ in 2004), and his duo
with guitarist Andreas Aase from 2003
(“Glimmer“) earnt him a nomination
for Spellemansprisen - The Norwegian
Grammy.
