Event Information
Jeremy Tuplin, a Somerset-raised, London-living musician, is a singer-songwriter in the very essence of the term, incorporating intricate lyricism and storytelling within a soundscape ranging from indie to psychedelic to “space”-folk. In 2019 he released ‘Pink Mirror’ on Trapped Animal Records to widespread acclaim. His most recent release, Orville's Discotheque once again demonstrates Jeremy's dexterity as a songwriter who has the ability to convey his brilliantly absurdist musings with great sincerity; musically, too, his enveloping arrangements are abundant with style.
LOUD & QUIET MAGAZINE - "9/10 - The craftsmanship is self-effacingly brilliant... some of the year's most poignant songwriting"
THE LINE OF BEST FIT - "8/10 - An intoxicating, enthralling mix."
FOLK RADIO UK - "an idiosyncratic, fiercely independent singer-songwriter with a knack for melodic hooks, wryly observant lyrics and a unique sonic vision"
Support comes from Bristol based singer/songwriter Martin Callingham.
