Arborist are a Belfast-based band; the product of the musical and lyrical misadventures of Mark McCambridge, surrounded by a cast of well-travelled musicians. They released their debut album Home Burial in November 2016 to critical acclaim.

UNCUT 8/10 “A staggering debut of depth and substance“, ★★★★

The Guardian “A Man of My Age feels like an instant classic“ and ★★★★

Mojo “A deliciously self-assured collection.“

They are set to release their follow-up album ´A Northern View´ in 2019. It was recorded live in the idyllic surroundings of Peter Gabriel’s Real World Studios in Wiltshire (Laura Marling, The Gloaming, Cats Eyes) and is a reflection on what it is to reside at around 55 degrees north on planet Earth.

This event will be a solo performance from Mark McCambridge.

Daniel W. Huxley & Charlie Butler

English singer/songwriter Daniel W. Huxley is emerging within London as an indie-balladeer whose self described ´protest songs for the miserable´ detail modern life with socially-conscious and humorous lyrics.

With a sound reminiscent of Morrissey/Nick Cave; Daniel W. Huxley combines lyrical wit with the sentiment and heart of Vera Lynn.

Huxley has begun garnering the interest of audiences across London with recent support slots for Mull Historical Society and Bernard Butler. 2019 will see more shows in London and across England, it will also see the release of Huxley´s debut recordings.

Huxley will be accompanied by the young guitar talent Charlie Butler.

This gig will also be part of Independent Venue Week 2019.
