Out-Take Ensemble
OUT-TAKE Ensemble was formed in 2016 at the University of Southampton. Taking its name from the work by experimental composer Christian Wolff, the group was formed from a collection of performers and composer-performers with an interest in experimental and open-score music. Working with both young and established composers, the ensemble has started commissioning new works to perform alongside other contemporary repertoire.
