This Superb four-piece, acoustic folk band”, have now well and truly arrived on the folk club/ festival scene and come very highly recommended. It’s hard to believe that Two Coats Colder have only been playing together since 2011, but it is true. These musican/singers, each with their own extensive individual careers going back over
decades, came together at High Barn, the renowned beautiful period venue in Great Bardfield.

This four-person band has been rapidly making a lasting impression amongst the folk clubs, music venues and Folk Festivals around the country (including Swanage, Shrewsbury, Moira Furnace, Boar’s Bridge, Wimborne, Ely, Folkstock, Banbury, Oxjam, Milkmaid, Cambridge, Royston, Bournemouth, Wessex, Wirral, Southwell, Bromyard , Devizes, Waveney, North Shields, Nottingham, Bournemouth, Byfleet and Colchester).


The band enjoys an excellent reputation as headliners in their own right, but also have supported a wonderful array of popular performers including Bob Fox, Emily McGuire, Jim Moray, John Conolly, Elbow Jane, Rory McLeod, Sara Grey & Kieron Means, Vicki Swan & Jonny Dyer, Winter Wilson, The Bounty Hounds, and others.
