A rum-soaked rollicking trip!
Seas of Mirth at The Old Market Assembly, Bristol
Sat 5th May will be the last weekend of their European tour and they promise it will be a rip-roarer!
Seas of Mirth are a sizeable crew, an octet of seamen and seawomen playing their own brand of nautical-party-folk-grog-prog, with a varying sound marinated in maritime, causing a ruckus throughout the UK and mainland Europe over this decade. Think folk instruments, worldly rhythms, prog rock-esque adventurousness and sea-based song concepts. Expect plenty of nautical stupidity and theatrics at this high-energy live show!
