Everyday People

Music Action International´s programme Everyday People supports young people newly arrived from conflict areas in partnership with the British Red Cross. Teenage refugees often arrive in the UK alone, without any family or friends, having survived armed conflict and endured a horrific and dangerous journey to get here. Therapeutic, creative music sessions provide relief from daily stresses caused by traumatic experiences, and create new friendships between young people.
