The Railway Tavern is a beautiful 1930’s pub that has had many of its original features lovingly restored by it’s new owner, who is passionate about reinstating old boozers to their former glory, hence the lack of fruit machines and pool tables.
We have a wonderful warm and cosy atmosphere in the winter, but light and airy in the summer months. The beer garden has been redesigned and replanted and is a lovely place to soak up the sun with a good cold beer.
Our staff are friendly and courteous and even though the bar can get very busy especially towards the end of the week it is very rare that you have to wait very long for a drink.
In short, The Railway Tavern is a great place to meet friends and enjoy yourself and is the best bar in Crouch End.
