The Wakes
The Wakes community venue has been open for 2 years and the facilities on offer have gone from strength to strength. Oakengates Town Council is proud of their building and the free community activities and events on offer.
We also have reasonably priced function & meeting rooms, a free community arts & craft space, IT room & free Wi-Fi throughout the building. Forge cafe are open Tuesday through to Saturday, 9am - 3pm selling freshly prepared tea, coffee, cake and light lunches.
