GRICE and the Mordant Lake Band + Siobhan McCrudden
Art rock artist, singer-songwriter, guitarist GRICE has built his reputation since 2012 with his debut album ‘Propeller’ (MPG Awards). He has released 6 albums on hungersleep records. His music has has been championed on BBC Radio 6 Music by Tom Robinson, has garnered airplay on radio stations in the UK, Europe & USA. and has received highly positive reviews from UK & European press including PROG magazine & The Musician. Polarchoral (2022) was voted Best Album of the Year in the Indie Prog Awards (NY).
Grice has been rewarded with critical acclaim in progressive circles and has collaborated with sonic innovator and keyboardist Richard Barbieri (Porcupine Tree, Japan), Steve Jansen (Japan, Exit North), pedal steel guitarist B J Cole, sax legend Raphael Ravenscroft (Baker Street, Pink Floyd), Hossam Ramzy (Led Zeppelin, Peter Gabriel) and more. GRICE accompanied Richard Barbieri on his ‘Planet and Persona’ tour and has played alongside Banco De Gaia, Public Service Broadcasting as well as performing live with Steve Hogarth (Marillion) and Richard Barbieri at the IB Expo in Sweden.
