Twenty years ago a scruffy dreadlock called Jim Cousins, came back from a trip round India, set up a tarpaulin at Glastonbury Festival and called it the Lunched Out Lizard Chai Shop. Since then the Lizard Stage has become our festival home from home hosting hundreds, if not thousands of acts from the London folk scene. Twenty years later, still dreadlocked and with the help of Dila Vardar amongst many others, it is now a fully programmed stage. Go find them in the Green Futures Field and say hi from me.
