A duo described as a 78rpm record without the scratches, Canadian-born singer Patricia Hammond’s lifelong obsession with antique sheet music, and arranger and multi-instrumentalist Matt Redman’s hundred-year-old instruments make a vividly tuneful and fun evening, as you hear Home on the Range and You Are My Sunshine as they were originally written, plus rare and well-known works by tin-pan-alley and Denmark Street tunesmiths, all celebrating the legend of the Old West. Patricia promises to bring her 1890s noseflute novelty.
