Rod Cordner can be best described as having a strong northern voice, and a performance reminiscent of Christy Moore!

His solo music is a blend of the contemporary, with a touch of traditional Irish, Celtic and Americana styles with creative lyrical songwriting.

He has been on the road for over 5 decades and over the years has released a total of 15 recordings on vinyl and CD, working in more than 20 countries.

Rod has appeared with such artists as Pete Seeger, Stocktons Wing, Luka Bloom, The Incredible String Band, Barry McGuire, Steeleye Span, Tommy Makem, Tommy Sands and dozens more. He also once sung on the same TV show as Johnny Cash in Holland.

And he has made over 50 television appearances plus lots of radio performances.
