Habadekuk recently recived the TRADITION AWARD from the Danish Music Awards Folk (Danish “Grammy”) on November 30th 2013. Earlier the band was awarded ”Album of the Year” at Danish Music Award Folk 2011 for their debut album ”Hopsadaddy”. Fiddler Kristian Bugge was crowned ”Folk Artist of the Year” at the same occasion. The band also won Best Group at NORD ’09, the Nordic championships in folk music. The band has wowed audiences across Europe and Canada.
