Music has always been a huge part of my life. Up until the age of 12 it was just something that I listened to and appreciated. It was at this age that I first picked up a pen and began writing my own lyrics. Musicians such as John Lennon and Bob Dylan amongst many others inspired me to begin playing an instrument in order to make my songs come to life. So, at the age of 16 I taught myself to play the keyboard and as soon as I knew enough chords to accompany my lyrics I began gigging in and around my hometown of Northampton both solo and as part of a band.
I bought my first guitar at the age of 17 and locked myself away for the next 6 months teaching myself to play it. As I became better at the instruments, my lyrics began to improve also and I, for the last two years have been performing all over the UK building my fanbase. I am slowly building up a back catalogue of material to share with the world.
