Blowing My Own Trumpet is a music band from the UK featuring the original songwriting of South African trumpeter Claude Lamon and his daughter Josephine Lamon. The band is building a strong global following and released their debut album “Umsindo” in 2020. They released their EP Dreams in December 2018 and single “Calling Me Home” in 2019. Their music features a unique sound of Africa, alternative - folk and Latino beats , fused with vocal harmonies.
