Having absorbed a multitude of influences, Catherine has a long music career, with a musical output and presence on the local and national world music scene. She has a consistent and significant track record of musical experience, an important part of which is the diversity across age, culture and ability, involving teaching, coaching, mentoring and performing.
Catherine´s main instruments are guitar (classical and acoustic) and steel pan, and she teaches individual students and small groups. She has a PhD, MPhil and B.A. (Hons) Music and performs and records with Rafiki Jazz and others.
