James “Jay“ Lewis is a singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who has graced some of the largest stages across the world as part of three of the biggest bands to come out of Liverpool (well apart from you know who…)! Performing with cult indie band The La’s, playing bass for the band Cast and he’s currently the lead guitarist with The Zutons.
He taught himself guitar from the age of 8 listening to Hendrix, Zeppelin, Floyd and Nick Drake and was also frontman of under-rated Liverpool band Cracatilla who toured the UK in the early ‘00s.
