BBC Scotland’s Young Traditional Musician 2014, Robyn Stapleton, is fast becoming one of the UK’s leading folk singers. Over the past year alone, Robyn has performed with the Scottish Symphony Orchestra, shared the stage with Katherine Jenkins, and supported Capercaillie live on BBC television as part of the Commonwealth Games.

Now one of Scotland’s most sought after singers, Robyn has been invited to perform with Scots singer Emily Smith, the Royal Scottish National Orchestra and on legendary radio program, Desert Island Disks. A nominee for Scots Singer of the Year at the Scots Trad Music Awards 2014, and an Ambassador for the Scots Language, Robyn has had an incredible year of awards and high-profile performances.
