Sir Jay is a singer-songwriter and producer based in Helsinki, Finland. His self-produced tracks aim to capture the moment by using experimental folk-rock aesthetics, the imaginary flow of lyrics, and vibrating drum patterns and body percussion. The artist´s journey started two years ago in London where he wrote the first drafts of his songs. Sir Jay is the former lead singer of Helsinki based indie rock band Bye Mandu and has also worked with many top Finnish musicians throughout his career. He has so far released one single and his debut EP is scheduled for release in fall 2019.
