Veterans of the west country folk scene, Thornbridge simply make beautiful music, taking inspiration from the folk song tradition throughout the British Isles as well as more contemporary sources. Parents of our very own Chris and Dan, Barbara and Andy Rusbridge as well as Guy Hawthorn bring three quite different voices together to make a distinctive “Thornbridge“ sound that is rich and complex, injecting new life into old songs with expression, subtle harmony and gentle instrumentation.
