Other Roads are one of the finest contemporary folk bands to emerge in recent years. Based in the UK, they also tour regularly in the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark and Spain, and continue to gain popularity in new countries across the globe. Pete Abbot, Gregor Borland, and Dave Walmsley draw upon their diverse backgrounds in Scotland, England and Africa to create an exciting and original sound. Other Roads perform an eclectic mix of traditional, contemporary and original compositions, ranging from soft lilting ballads to foot-stomping Celtic fiddle tunes and choruses. With expert musicianship, infectious enthusiasm and a touch of humour, their concerts are memorable occasions.
