Peta Webb is a widely admired singer of traditional songs whose repertoire includes English, Scottish, Irish, Appalachian and modern women’s songs and some jazz numbers. She is particularly known for her singing of ballads. For many years she was a member of the feminist group Sisters Unlimited, and has worked in duos with Pete Cooper, Alison McMorland, Ken Hall and others. Other bands have included the Crazy Hearts and Oak.
