Jim Page is now 24 albums deep into his career and showing no sign of slowing down. Americana UK described his latest record as his “best album yet,” solidifying his place as one of the most enduring artists in folk music. In April, he will be making the journey across the Atlantic to Ireland, bringing his masterful storytelling to stages from Dublin to Cork.

From successfully helping overturn outdated laws around street performers, to his poignant protest music, to his remarkable longevity, Page’s achievements as a songwriter are many, and his quietly contemplative songwriting and detail rich stories shine brightly as ever on The Time Is Now.

The Irish tour has some added significance too, it being his first since pre-pandemic years. His opening show in Belfast will also mark his return to the UK, where he toured a lot in decades past, notably playing at the Cambridge Folk Festival in 1977.
