If, like me, you are a little bit hardcore and prefer your festivals without celebrity chefs and cash machines, then you might be interested in the sweet little Rollright Fayre.

Set next to the ancient Rollright stone circle, high on a hillside above Oxfordshire it is a bit of a throwback to the New Age Traveller days when festivals were lovingly handmade by friends. Although kids are welcome and well catered for, its not really one for the fainthearted, it is however one hell of a party!

The line up (which isn´t up on their website yet) ranges interestingly across afrobeat, world music and folk. As far as I know, it is looking something like this...
