The Tangled Roots festival returns to Somerset, 6–8 June

This super small, (500 max capacity), super friendly and relaxed folk and world music festival is back at the Radford Mill Farm for another year. Although small and intimate the quality of the performers is anything but small. Expect Folk music from traditions around the world including from the British Folk tradition, Latin America, traditional Americana, and a wide range of European and Mediterranean folk traditions.
Performers this year will include - BALAMUC, THE BUFFALO GALS, JACKIE OATES AND JOHN SPIERS, A DIFFERENT THREAD, TANGO CALOR, FAREFELD, THE BAND OF PILGRIMS, SILVIA BALDUCCI, LUCINDA SEIGER and NASTEE CHAPEL.
The main stage events are on Saturday the 7thJune but people have so loved coming to stay on the farm that the days have extended to include Friday night live music, acoustic campfires session till the early hours, Sunday morning workshops and an acoustic café in the afternoon.
There is camping and parking on the site, which is in a hidden little valley in Somerset, not far from Bath and Bristol. Radford Mill Farm was an early adopter of organic farming methods, and is a community of small businesses, artists and market gardeners, it’s a beautiful site ideal for a small festival. All the event food is grown and cooked on the farm too so you can guarantee it is fresh and tasty.
