veryone is welcome, regardless of how many left feet they have or their age. Depending on the band and caller, we mostly dance English ceilidh dances. There is no need for prior experience because all dances are taught before dancing and there are regular experienced dancers to help beginners through each dance if needed. (Casual dress code is recommended, and we recommend that you wear comfortable, flat shoes.)
You are not required to dance, and no partner is required; simply come and enjoy the atmosphere if you wish.
