‘Three Acres And A Cow’ tells a thousand years of People´s history, connecting the Norman Conquest and Peasants’ Revolt to the current housing crisis and food sovereignty movement, via Enclosures, the roots of colonial practice, the Industrial Revolution, and rent strikes, drawing a compelling narrative through the radical people’s history of England with folk song, stories and poems.
Part TED talk, part history lecture, part folk club sing-a-long, part poetry slam, part storytelling session… Come and share the stories as they have been shared for generations.
