Aston & Cote Village Hall was officially opened on the 7th September 1985. It is managed by Aston & Cote Community Trust, which is made up of representatives of the organisations that use the hall as well as some elected members. It is a registered charity (number 304258).
The village hall has excellent facilities and supports a number of thriving community groups. Aston & Cote Thespian Trust (ACTS), Aston Badminton Club, Wednesday Club, various fitness groups, an art group and the Women´s Institute use the main hall on a regular basis. Children from the village and surrounding area also enjoy lessons from Faye Barker School of Ballet. Aston and Cote Parish Council hold their monthly meetings at the site.
The recreation ground is home to Aston FC, with its award-winning youth football club. The grounds are used each year for the village fete and are also hired out to local caravan clubs. Facilities include a hard court area with basketball net, an enclosed young children´s play area with swings, seesaw and roundabout, and a timber play area, with zip wire, for older children.
