The Hollybush is one of Redbourn´s hidden gems, often missed by casual visitors to Redbourn but much appreciated by those who know how to find it.
Church End is one of the prettiest streets in Redbourn and boasts no less than 11 Listed Buildings, including both St Mary’s Church and the Hollybush itself (AS FEATURED IN "VILLAGE OF THE YEAR" with Penelope Keith on Channel 4 in January 2018).
The Hollybush caters for locals and occasional visitors alike, with space for 20 cars to the rear of the building and you will always be assured of a warm welcome. Our home-cooked meals are proving to be very popular with locals and visitors alike and are served 7 days a week. Our ACCLAIMED SUNDAY LUNCHES are the highlight of the week - why not come and try one? However, it is best to book in advance to ensure we can cater for your needs.
As the only live music venue in the area, and offering a minimum of one live session every week of the year, there is always something going on - why not pop in and find out for yourself? Our lunchtime jazz sessions are very popular - every Wednesday and at least one Friday of every month.
