The Pit at Newstead, Nottinghamshire is an unexpected find that is surrounded by lush countryside, on the doorstep of Newstead Abbey and Newstead and Annesley Country Park
Not only a pub that serves excellent locally brewed real ales, draught, spirits and Italian coffee; we are also a 60 capacity grassroots music venue that is host to some of the best intimate gigs in the East Midlands. We attract national touring artists and audiences from all across the UK who return time and time again.
Being close to the M1, Newstead Train Station and Cycle Route 6 we are also easily accessible.
