EFDSS Festive Gathering

Celebrate the start of December and get ready for Christmas with the English Folk Dance and Song Society’s (EFDSS) Festive Gathering!

Held at the beautiful Cecil Sharp House in London, you can enjoy this glorious celebration of all things festive from the comfort of your own home.

The main artist will be the wonderful Cecil Sharp House Choir, who sing a capella folk and traditional songs from Britain, Ireland, and beyond, with many other fantastic artists to be announced!

What to expect

EFDSS holds a Festive Gathering every year, jam-packed with songs, music, dance, stories, and lots of good cheer!

Whether you’re wrapping presents, putting up the tree, or enjoying mince pies and mulled wine with friends, this fun, folky show will get you in the mood for Christmas!

ABOUT THE GIG

This event will be held live on Zoom, with a remote sound engineer for high-quality sound. Our gigs allow interaction between artists and audiences, so the artist can hear you applaud and you can even have the chance to ask them any burning questions.

Tickets are £18, with the option to pay a bit less (£12) or a bit more (£30) depending on what is affordable for you. You only need one ticket per household.
