Elimarit has developed a distinct sound that exists somewhere between breathy, intimate jazz and the magical trills of Norwegian folk music. Her songs are contemplative, haunting and intensely personal, influenced by artists like Feist, Sigur Rós and Joni Mitchell. Elimarit will be releasing her debut EP, produced by LCV Director Anil Sebastian and recorded, mixed and mastered by Cherif Hashizume (John Hopkins, David Byrne, Brian Eno).
