Half Thai and Half English Hattie Marsh spent the majority of her childhood in Norwich, at age 11 she stumbled across her father’s old guitar stored in the attic and immediately began to play and write her own music.
Hattie is an up and coming haunting alternative/folk artist, who writes and performs original material, her music is a mix of powerful, radiant vocals with dark beautiful lyrics giving a sense of honesty. Her key influences include Joni Mitchel, Nirvana, and Sheila Chandra.
She is already an experienced performer having played such venues as the Bedford, St. Pancras Old Church and Proud Camden. She has also enjoyed success with Sofar Sounds and touring around Europe. Hattie has recently finished a month’s recording at the world famous Karma Sound Studio’s, working with a top producer, Rhys Fletcher.
