Sometimes you hear a voice that just stops you in your steps. Such a voice belongs to Taylor Notcutt, who formed Pixie and The Gypsies in 2015.



Taylor is one of the UK´s exciting young jazz singers. She is a great story teller and sings from the heart while she mesmerises you with her sultry tone. - Trudy Kerr


Their album ´Honey Trap´, released August 2018, topped the UK iTunes jazz charts, and is the band´s first release of original music. Their second album ´Caught In The Rain´ was released in summer 2020 and made the Top 100 Pop Albums on iTunes.

The band regularly performs sold-out shows at Ronnie Scott´s Jazz Club, Pizza Express Jazz Club Soho and The Spice Of Life, and they have featured at the Cheltenham Jazz Festival, Rye International Jazz & Blues Festival and the Cork Jazz Festival.
